Indulge yourself in professional skincare, promoting skin health, wellness, and self-love. •PAYMENT: A booking fee of the appointment total is required to book an appointment and will be deducted from your appointment cost, the remaining amount will be charged at the end of your appointment. • CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance notice to be able to reschedule and reuse the booking fee. Under 24 hour notice or not arriving at the scheduled appointment will result in the booking fee being non-transferable. In the event of a last minute emergency on my part, the booking fee may be refunded or appointment may be rescheduled and a discount will be offered as appreciation for your patience. -If you or a household member are sick, please reschedule. Even if it is the morning of, we will allow your booking fee to retransferred to a new appointment time within 5-10 days.Please respect each others health! NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN FULL PAYMENT BEING CHARGED • LATENESS: I have a strict lateness policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered considered a no-show and booking fee will be non-transferable. •GUESTS: I do not recommend bringing any guests with you as space is limited, although one guest will be permitted if needed and can sit in the room. *FACIAL CLIENTS: Please arrive with makeup-free skin. Products are designed to deep clean and treat the skin, not remove makeup. Arriving with makeup will take time from your treatment and skew your results. *BODY WAXING CLIENTS: Please shower and gently exfoliate immediately before your appointment. The areas must be sanitary and clean, exfoliating will prevent ingrown hair from occurring post removal.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
• CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance notice to be able to reschedule and reuse the booking fee. And 50% of the appointment, Under 24 hour notice or not arriving at the scheduled appointment will result in the booking fee being non-transferable. If you no show there will be payment for all services in full for NO SHOW FEE - In the event of a last minute emergency on my part, the booking fee may be refunded or appointment may be rescheduled and a discount will be offered as appreciation for your patience. -If you or a household member are sick, please reschedule.
